Healing people, sharing culture and
regenerating community

We Al-li provides a Culturally Informed Trauma Integrated Healing Approach (CITIHA) to training for individuals, families, communities and organisations. It presents on informed Indigenous and non-Indigenous practices from which new theories are presently evolving. Our education and training packages move beyond the mental health services delivery model and into a socio-cultural model of health which skills and empowers workers for personal and community developmental approaches for individual and group wellbeing.

Training Programs

  • “Your approach was trauma informed long before the terminology was adopted. It is wonderfully refreshing, integrated and culturally affirming”

    -Cathy Kezelman of Ascat

  • “This changed my thinking. It gave me a chance to look at the world differently and to see that solutions are possible when people stay focused with passion. Inspirational!”

    -Senior Public Servant

  • “These workshops are educating me about myself, who I am and how I have become who I am.”

    -Workshop Participant

  • “The training was AMAZING. Our staff loved the 3 day workshop and they have all transformed in their own little ways.”

-Staff member of ALPA – Arnhem Land Progress Aboriginal Corporation

  • “Already we can see the Yolngu and Balanda staff working better together. A real connection has developed throughout our team.”

-Staff member of ALPA – Arnhem Land Progress Aboriginal Corporation

  • “Once again Antonia has blown us all away. Staff absolutely love her and have stated that she makes the workshop work.”

-Staff member of ALPA – Arnhem Land Progress Aboriginal Corporation

  • I believe that healing is possible. I have witnessed progress, which gives me hope for myself and others that need to complete their personal healing work. The beauty of CITIHA (Culturally Informed Trauma Integrated Healing Approach) is that everything is explained, in a way that is easy to understand, and through knowledge and understanding, motivation to recreate is born.
